The Bell Tower in Vrchy

The wooden bell tower in Vrchy is one of the most popular destinations for day trips in the Hukvaldy area. On a clear day, the summit offers magnificent panoramic views of the Beskydy Mountains, the Poodří region, the Ostrava area, and the Jeseníky Mountains. It lies along the “Leoš Janáček Through the Eyes of Children” nature trail and is an ideal stop for anyone seeking peace and quiet, beautiful nature, and unique views of the surrounding countryside. In 2026, the lookout will be part of the “Lachian Treasure” trail.
