What personal data we collect and why we collect it
1. The Operator, as the Data Controller pursuant to Article 26 of the Regulation, processes the following personal data in the event of your request for services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), processes the following personal data:
first name and last name,
email address.
2. Your first name, last name, and email address must be processed in order to respond to and fulfill your request. Such processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. Furthermore, the above-mentioned personal data will be processed for the purpose of inclusion in a database for the sending of commercial communications, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

You grant consent for the processing of personal data for the period necessary for the performance of the activities of Lašská brána Beskyd, specifically until consent for the processing of personal data for tourism information purposes is revoked, for a maximum of 5 years, provided the data is processed based on consent or unless you extend this period. Upon expiration of the retention period, the controller will delete the personal data.
4. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending a letter, an email to info@lasska-brana.cz, or by clicking on the link in a marketing communication. Withdrawal of consent will result in the cessation of marketing communications.

5. The processing of personal data is carried out by the controller; however, the following processors may also process personal data on their behalf:
the provider of Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail,
Facebook Inc., Menlo Park, California, USA
the provider of software, hosting, and cloud services,
the provider of automated email distribution services,
individuals and companies involved in the delivery of goods, services, and the processing of payments based on a duly concluded data processing agreement,
or other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the Controller does not currently use.
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.
What are your rights?
6. Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
request information from us regarding what personal data we process, and request a copy of such personal data,
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
request that we delete this personal data—however, such deletion will result in the termination of contract negotiations and will only be carried out if the controller’s interests do not outweigh your right to privacy,
contact us, the Office for Personal Data Protection, or a court if you have any doubts regarding compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
7. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data, to secure data storage facilities, and to secure personal data stored in paper form. The Controller declares that only persons authorized by the Controller have access to personal data. 8.
